Shipping Policy

We know you're just as excited about your order as we are!

• Generally you can expect your order to ship same/next business day with USPS 1-3 day Priority Shipping.
• Exceptions include large packages (generally shipped via UPS Ground) and packages under 1 pound that ship USPS First Class Mail with tracking. 
• If purchasing Inspired Craftsman products, they are cut/made to order so it can take 2-3 business days to ship.
• USPS recently extended their shipping times for First Class Mail and increased rates for all packages. We've temporarily added $.75-$1 to our packages until the rates go back to normal after the holidays.
• RESTOCKS: Sometimes due to the large influx of orders during our Saturday restocks, it can take until the following Tuesday/Wednesday (2-3 business days) to package and ship all orders. We go as quick as possible to get you your goodies! 
• MISSING PACKAGES: We have experienced USPS marking packages as delivered before they actually are. In this case, contact your local USPS Post Office because they have access to more detailed tracking with GPS coordinates or delivery locations. Sometimes it can take an extra 2-4 days for the package to show up. If not, we highly recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout, it's a significantly easier claims/replacement process than USPS.
• USPS has had delays that we cannot control and are not responsible for.
• We are not responsible for any package after it is scanned in at the Post Office/UPS
• We do try to ship orders out on Saturdays but do not guarantee orders placed on Fridays will ship next day and may ship on the Monday after ordering.
