We don't offer refunds or replacements if the color isn't exactly what you thought it would be, it picked up a hitchhiker, or you lit it on fire and it melted and you didn't think it would do that so you want new-non-melted-glitter. K.M. I made a cup with a white back ground and put king Richard glitter around the cup!! Coated the cup with Guys glitter and this glitter glows fantastically under the glitter and you can hardly see the outline of them !! Amazing
